HOW IT WORKS
Eat Them to Defeat Them works because it makes veg fun! This well-established and highly successful campaign sees thousands of schools across the UK turn that fun into children trying more veg, which can be reinforced at home. If your school is taking part, they will send home a reward chart to help you turn the enthusiasm at school into lasting habits at home – if not you can download your own chart below. And look out for stickers – it means your child tried some of that veggie at school!
